Life is for service

There are lots of things I keep up with online but one of those things is Vox media for the following reasons...
  1. I have had the honor to very personally know someone who works there and so I am interested in what Vox regularly does/shares and seeing how it grows and develops
  2. Their "First Person" section  is almost always interesting to me
The other day on Vox.com, I was delighted to read about Mister Rogers. (see screenshot below)

I have yet to see the documentary about him "Won't you be my neighbor," but it is on my list of things to see as much as share with my daughter.

There is only one Mister Rogers in the world and I am so thankful that we (as a world) have had at least that.

I have quietly held onto an unrequited dream that there could/would be another iteration of some sort of a newly relevant sort of Mister Rogers-type because (perhaps) that's what the world needs a little bit of in order to help it be  re-formed into what it should have always been before things were derailed to be how/what they have become.
